Premier Rooter and Plumbing just replaced our 17-year-old water heater. The experience with Premier Rooter and Plumbing was exceptional from beginning to end. When I first made the call to their office, the person I spoke to was friendly, informative, and patient. They answered questions I had before I even asked them and had someone out to inspect that same day. I received a courtesy call from the technician letting me know they were 30 minutes out, which was much appreciated and something you rarely get anymore. The technician, Adrian, was really personable, knowledgeable, and provided great detail and explanations for what would be needed. Adrian even helped provide some insight and took an extra moment to look at something for another potential issue unrelated to the water heater. They were able to get the parts needed and an appointment for install the very next day. The installers actually ended up arriving earlier than the expected window, which was great. The installers, Nathaniel and Konstantin, were also very nice, patient with my questions, and had the project completed within 2 hours. Later that evening, when I was going to pull hot water for the first time, it wasn’t getting hot. I made a call to Premier, and within 20 or so minutes, even though it was 8-8:30 in the evening, had two technicians, Adrian and Konstantin, out to take a look, and it just ended up being that the pilot light had somehow gone out. I was completely impressed from beginning to end with Premier Rooter and Plumbing. The level of service, professionalism, and unity of this company was incredible. I will not hesitate a moment to give them a call the next time we have a plumbing issue or concern. Thank you so much!

Called Premier when both toilets backed up. Premier responded within 15 minutes, and had a technician at the property a little over an hour later. Alfanzo diagnosed the issue quickly (child's ball had been flushed) and was able to get it dislodged without too much trouble. I was impressed with Alfanzo's knowledge and his ability and willingness to communicate with me through the process. I will use Premier again, if needed, and would definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

We had a problem with the toilet in the guest room of my mother-in-law's home. It was taking a couple of hours to refill after flushing. I popped off the lid to the water tank and could see that the fill valve was not opening but was leaking steadily upon flushing. I texted Premier at about 2:47 p.m. on a Saturday to see if they could help me. Nathaniel got back to me within minutes, and we scheduled a plumber for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. the very next morning. Sure enough, at quarter to 8 the next morning, Alfonso reached out to let me know he was 10 minutes out. Alfonso is a real professional. He knows his trade, and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. In less than an hour, we had replaced the fill valve and the sticky emergency shut-off valve. He threw in a senior discount as well, as the homeowner is 91 years old! We can't say enough about Alfonso. He left the bathroom clean, dry, and working again, and with a new emergency shut-off valve that we can actually turn off!! He was a gentleman in every way and a real ambassador for Premier and his trade. If I could give him more stars, I would. Thanks, Alfonso!!

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing large re-pipe and linear piping job completed at my home by the exceptional work of Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Their whole team was outstanding on every level, they excelled, and went above and beyond all expectations. My sincere appreciation to Adrian, Konstantin, Francisco, Nathaniel, and Eddy for their great work, excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledge, respect, and genuine care towards my home. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I can honestly say I have never worked with a company like this! They were on time every day, worked hard, explained everything in detail, and always answered all my questions. They were polite, completely trustworthy, neat, and very diligent in their work ethics. I am so thankful I chose them to do this job, which included jackhammering my cement slab in my living room to get to the tree root in my pipes. I am 100% happy and grateful for all that they did. It honestly was a pleasure to work with all of them, they truly are good people that I highly recommend. Their pricing was also way below what other companies had quoted. We had a drain problem, and because of what I read on Premier Rooter and Plumbing’s website, their reviews, and ratings, I called them. Within two hours of me calling them, Alfonzo called and was checking out our problem. He was so polite and informative. We ended up having to have a new line put in, with two cleanouts in the main line, and then epoxy put in the other lines. They had to dig in the yard in a couple of places, and when they got done, you couldn’t even see where they had dug it up. On top of working in the drains, which is bad enough, it rained for most of the several days it took to do the job. Francisco did the major part of the job, with help from Adrian and Nathaniel. Every one of them was polite and friendly. They told us what they needed to do and how long it would take. They also took lots of pictures and videos, which they sent to us. They never pressured us, gave us options, and answered our questions. All their work is under warranty. They said if you have any drain problems in the future, call them. I am very pleased with my decision to call Premier Rooter and Plumbing and will recommend them to anyone that has a drain problem in the future. Thank you so much. Also, thank you for the sports mug and cookies we received in the mail today.

This group did an amazing job. I had 76-year-old failing cast iron waste pipes, and they replaced all of them in just 2 days. The price was fair, everyone was easy to talk to, and very personable. Premier Rooter and Plumbing were lifesavers! It started with my sink backing up, and I hired another rooter company to snake my lines, only to discover my entire ABS sewage pipes were recalled. The pipes were cracked and leaking. I asked for a bid to replace my pipes in my whole house. Several days passed, and I never received a bid or even a phone call about when to start the job. Luckily, I called Premier Rooter and Plumbing, and Adrian came out the very next day to do their inspection. I was already 10 days without being able to use my kitchen and washer. Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent out his crew Konstantin, Alfonzo, Francisco, and Eddie. They quoted me 5 days to complete the work, but his crew got it done in 2.5 days. They communicated well and were very respectful. They took photos of all the completed work, emailed them to me, and even wiped all the pipes down since it was dirty under my crawl space. I highly recommend Premier and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

He sent his technician out the next day and was able to get the sensor installed that day. I recently bought my home and this is the second time I used Premier Rooter & Plumbing's service... and they have been amazing! I want to thank Nathaniel - he has gone above and beyond - definitely leads by example and it's no surprise that his team is the same! Sunday morning at 6 AM I heard dripping... I got up and found that my ceiling (under the sink upstairs in my master bathroom) was leaking! I reached out to Nathaniel on a Sunday morning, and he had his team out by the noon the next day. Adrian and Evan came out... and they were extremely thorough and knowledgeable - they diagnosed the problem and helped me in more ways than they realize! Tuesday, Kon and Evan came out first thing in the morning and got it done... Kon and Evan are freaking awesome - so personable, kind, and just overall awesome! They got it done in one day and have been so flexible with me. Not to mention, they do great work! Kon has fixed two issues for me so far and he does a phenomenal job! I also highly recommend that you sign up for their club membership - it has great value!

I originally reached out to Premier about replacing my shower valve. For reference, my home was built in 1957. Once they gained access to my valve it was decided they wouldn't replace it because the galvanized pipes were so corroded it could possibly cause more damage. Con and Alphonso were very thorough in explaining why they couldn't do it and called Nate so I could discuss a solution. I agreed to a whole house repipe where each step in the process was explained to me and why it needed to be done since I had such old plumbing. The entire team was very professional and identified and corrected any issues that came up during the repipe to ensure I won't have to worry about plumbing issues for years to come. I'd like to thank Nathaniel, Adrian, Con, Alphonso, Eddie, Evan and Francisco. I will be recommending this company to a friend that needs a repipe due to having galvanized pipes as well.

I am a retired plumber and ran into a SERIOUS PROBLEM with my sewer at home. The sewer was under concrete and well-established landscaping. Everything about it was another complication. It would have been many thousands and a long time with no sewer. The Premier crew arrived and were totally professional, courteous, and helpful. In a short time, the sewer was located, a cleanout was installed, and the sewer was cleared. After a video of the inside of the pipe, we agreed the sewer would be very problematic. They used their CIPP process (Cured In Place Piping) and the sewer is cured for many decades. I was VERY impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism, and high quality of work. I VERY MUCH recommend this company and their staff. There were many benefits to the CIPP process. Avoiding the liability of large open trenches, the minimal concrete removal, the speed of the repair, and the quality of the repairs were phenomenal. I have done all types of plumbing and I cannot say it loud enough, this company is beyond exceptional.

I just want to give a shout out to Premier and Rooter Services. I have had a great experience with them. I went through so many other companies and they have never exceeded the experience that I had. I called the dispatch Mr. Brandon; he was so professional and pointed me to the right person to help me with my problems. I had a root damage in my main sewer line that they gave me a couple of options on how to resolve. I put it into their hands and told them that they know what’s best. I have read plenty of reviews from this company and all I hear is nothing but good. The company came out and snaked the line, hydro dreaded and did a camera inspection, showed me all the problems I had and let me know the best option to proceed with this job. Mr. Nate and Mr. Adrian proceeded to explain to me the value of epoxy and a liner and that they can also dig up the yard and replace the old clay sewage line. I went ahead and replaced the line to ABS sewage pipe and oh my God I have the most beautiful front yard and I was so worried about the dig but Mr. Nate and Mr. Adrian sent over the best guys I have ever met a special shout out to Alfonso, Eddie, Francisco, Mr. Kon. These gentlemen kept me up-to-date and kept me in the loop about every single thing that was going on the whole time. After talking with these gentlemen, they immediately went to work removing grass and rock and getting the job done. They put every single thing back like nothing had ever happened. I was so amazed all I can say is I will be using you guys again best company in the world. Great job Premier. You got my vote. This is for the business Premier Rooter.
